Idiom 27: Nothing to sneeze at

상황: 삶을 살아가다 보면 어떤 것은 사소한 것(trivial)으로 여겨져 무시될 수도 있는 것이 있고 무시되어져서는 안되는 것들이 있을 것입니다. 예를 들어 아프지도 않아도 일년에 건강 정기검진받는 것은 사소한 것일 수도 있지만 중요하기도 하고 그럴 가치가 있는 것이죠. 특히 나이가 들면 들수록 말이죠. 이럴때 쓰는 표현입니다.

Nothing to sneeze at = somthing not trivial = decent = to be taken seriously = worthwhile
(Decent is used to describe something which is considered to be of an acceptable standard or quality)

They offered him a lot of money to take this new position. He was going to give it a lot of thought because it was nothing to sneeze at.
